The beach condo is located 2 miles from the heart of Pensacola Beach. Just close enough to walk, rollerblade, ride your bike, or skateboard but far enough to get away from the hussle and bussle to a relaxing, quite, not so crowded area.

The sound-side beach is perfect for families with small children since it is protected from waves. However, the Gulf of Mexico is literally 287 steps from the front door to the water.
